I bought my scooter 3 weeks ago and it was missing a part. I immediately called and was told the parts would get in touch with me. I received an email that said the part was sent. After waiting 2 weeks I called and said I never received the part and she told I could not talk the parts department. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there were none in the office and one would call me back and I am still waiting. I finally heard the parts department and was told it would take 7 days to get me a part I told them I needed to use this scooter this weekend and they said the only thing they could do was refund me $50.00. A lot of good that does me so now I can not go see my new granddaughter. This is horrible customer service. And now when I try to call the number listed on the website it keeps going to a insurance company.
